We are having our first snow flurries for the season. The days just prior to this one have been warm & sunny, mostly. Bill & I referred to it as Indian summer…the first week of November!
I commented that I remember tromping through snow to vote!
We are pleased with the results of the election, of course. Now will be the time for all of us to pull back together. I heard 3000 boys are coming home from Iraq. I am sure that was planned, no matter the election results.
We saw Jake & Ania twice last weekend & fed them both times. It was fun.
While we were with local Democrats to watch the election results Tuesday night, Zach called. He said Amy had just had another accident. She is OK; he thinks the car is totaled. She sure hasn’t had good luck here lately. Bill & I are going over to Des Moines this weekend…be their parents & hug ‘em!
